Please join Salt Lake Randonneurs for a unique 100k night ride during a Lunar Eclipse on Antelope Island on Thursday Aug 27, starting at Barnes Park in Kaysville. Meet at 6:30 for a 7:00PM start at 950W 200N in the south parking lot. Cyclist fee for the causeway is $3.
This ride requires night gear, so please bring your reflective vest, ankle straps, head and tail lights. In the past, we have experienced some extremely dense bug hatches during this ride, so a headnet is recommended.
There is no food available on the island at night, and water sources have been unreliable in recent years during construction, so please plan to carry all the supplies you will need for the first 54 miles.
